When delivered at Commfides' office:
- Delivery takes place by appointment Monday - Friday between 09.00 and 16.00. Commfides will contact you for a delivery agreement after completing the order.
- Issuance takes place exclusively by personal attendance and presentation of valid identification: passport or national ID card

For collection at the post office:
- You will receive a collection message from Posten
- Delivery takes place exclusively by personal attendance at the delivery location. Remember to bring your passport or national ID card.

Note! Posten has challenges with scanning certain passports when delivering PUM consignments.
If the identification check when collecting at the post office is not approved, your e-ID will be returned to Commfides. You can contact Commfides at servicedesk@commfides.com to arrange collection at our office, or request a refund. Then refer to the order number you were given when ordering. Commfides has no opportunity to bypass the identification check and therefore cannot allow alternative disclosure, beyond what is described.
