Your rights
- Right to be informed – This privacy policy describes how Commfides Norge AS processes, stores and (possibly) shares your personal data. You will be notified of changes to this privacy policy or if something affects your data.
- Right of access – Information we hold about you is available to you on request.
- Right to rectification – If you find that information about you is incorrect, you can demand rectification.
- Right to be erased – You can request to have your data erased, however with restrictions (see Erasure, limited processing)
- Right to restrict processing – You can request to restrict the processing of your data.

The information Commfides Norge AS collects - how and why
For products you order from our website, there are separate privacy statements in the order forms that describe how we collect and use your personal data.
When you fill in the “Contact us” form or the “Block” form, we collect your name, email address and mobile number. We do this in order to be able to respond to you and link you to a product you have or are about to order from us.
When you send us an e-mail at servicedesk@commfides.com, our support e-mail, we will keep a record of your inquiry in order to answer and help you.
Information storage and security
All data is stored at Commfides Norge AS’ data centers in Norway.
Information sharing
Commfides is subject to a duty of confidentiality and does not share your personal data or usage.
Sharing with law enforcement agencies
Where required by law, we will have to share data that we are required to share with the authorities.
Cookies and Analytics
We use Google Analytics on our website to analyze and improve the user experience. Google Analytics collects data about users, but anonymizes it by removing the last three digits from the IP addresses. You can disable the data collection by clicking the banner at the bottom of the page or by using Google’s Opt-Outaddon.
Some cookies are necessary for the use of the website, such as language settings.
Get access to your information
If you would like access to your personal data, please send an email to servicedesk@commfides.com. Please note that we will perform a validation of you and your request to verify that you are the person you are requesting data about.
Email and direct marketing
The email will not be used for marketing purposes.
Erasure, restricted processing
You can request deletion of your personal data.
Data portability
You have the right to receive your personal data and have it stored on a private device for further and personal use. To request this, please send an email to servicedesk@commfides.com. Please note that this may take up to 1 month.
Protection guarantees
We use physical, logical and administrative measures to prevent unauthorized access to your data.
If we find a breach that affects your personal data, we will investigate and inform you within 72 hours of becoming aware of it (in accordance with the Data Protection Act/GDPR).
Changes to the privacy policy
We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy as we add additional features, to comply with laws, or to provide better user protection. Please check this page for any new changes.
If we make any changes to this privacy policy, we will notify you by email when the changes take effect.
